IHOP

Seems to have improved there customer service based on my experience.

The meals for the 4 of us were good, service a little slow. From the time we placed our orders and received our food was a little to long of a wait. We will be back.

Always great, excellent service and good food. Love their specials which are always changing.

Foods good but service was a bit slow with 5 people standing around. Place always smells wierd like old clothes. They really need to take time before opening to wipe down all the syrup containers.

Service was good. Wet rainy day. I had an omelette, it was OK but a bit tasteless.

First problem happened on ordering. No soup available and it's not even 6:00 pm yet . Usually a sign of poor management. My fish and chips arrived after the other orders, overcooked. Dark brown, the fish was now hard, same for the shrimp. But the other two orders were omelettes and pancakes, no problem there. I guess you better stick with the breakfast food.

Service is slow. Especially with coffee carafe refills. Food is quite good though.

If you have been to one IHOP, the food is the same. I enjoy a closer one again. While the IHOP that I live nearest was being rebuilt and days with an appointment, I went here.The food is good but the service could be better. I usually drink a lot. Having to wait 15 minutes to see the waitress was never a good thing.This IHOP and many others have specials throughout the year. For an extra wait, the savings are worth it.

I tried the garlic butter steak burger and it would have been awesome but apparently the cook doesn't know what comes on it so I had to ask the server for items to have a complete burger

It's a great place to get pancakes. The servers are quick and friendly. Their burgers are really really good.

Was good food but slow to push the food out for me and my family

The staff was great and the food was amazing. The manager even came around to check if everything was okay.

The buttermilk pancake combo was good. It could of been made better with extra butter for my pancakes and a clean bathroom.

Great service. Even better food! My booth was spotless and my server was attentive, fast, and very polite. I had a complicated order due to some allergies I have and my server got it all down. It is so hard finding a good restaurant willing to accommodate my food preferences so I will DEFINITELY be returning.

It's I- HOP. Comfort food... with pancakes. It was good. No waiting, kind of empty but that meant more attention for us! But not really. The service was still slow. BUT the food was good!

My mom and I love going to this IHop! They are very friendly and attentive. They have awesome tea and coffee as well as great food. It's a relaxed place to unwind and visit while you eat. I recommend the strawberry cheesecake bite pancakes!

The food was breakfast had the Belgium waffle great if you're handicapped becareful they want to seat you in the last booth first and last time I go to that ihop

Standard food...the hashbrowns need work, so don't order those as they were terrible

This place has great food, but the waiters are slow when taking an order sometimes. But great food!

If its the one off Chenal and Hermitage or whatever the street name is, then yes it's a good one! Way better then the one located off W Markham and University! ,

Servers are so sweet

The food was really tasty and the service was great - a marked improvement since we last ate there.

Free pancakes were great and made donation for children. Good place to eat.

We were a group of eight men from the church each with a separate ticket. The wait staff was highly efficient, the food fresh and hot, delivered on time, and a pleasant environment. Amazingly, since it is an IHOP, it was clean!
